Multi-Axis, Ultra-Small Titanium Parts

A manufacturer of military aerospace products required tiny titanium parts. The specifications required the parts to be produced with multiple angles, through holes and counterbores. The customer also needed a small quantity run on these parts.

Boyer Machine specializes in small, milled parts. They have decades of experience machining complex metal alloys that other machine shops will not take on. In this case, these intricate parts required multi-axis machining. Each part required two through holes running perpendicular to the other. They also were held in close tolerances for the complicated geometry of the parts.

Boyer was also able to produce a shorter run than other shops require. Boyer specializes in prototype-to-production runs. In this case, Boyer produced a few hundred parts instead of the much larger minimum bulk runs that are often required for such work.

If you are designing small, complex parts that necessitate multi-axis machining, take a look at Boyer Machine, where quality is standard.
